Everything in Inverness House exceeded my expectations. The Junior Suite with Balcony offered a beautiful view overlooking the garden. Each morning, I looked forward to breakfast in the delightful mezzanine dining area filled with a variety of delicious options. Linette and Dermot, the hosts, made us feel truly welcome. Their local insights transformed our stay. Walking along the Caledonian Canal was relaxing, and the community was friendly. the limited dining options on-site were a downside. Knowing that we didn't have many choices for lunch or dinner nearby made planning meals a bit challenging. the need for better signage around the property caused some confusion initially. Despite a couple of minor issues, I absolutely enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and a touch of local charm.

We loved strolling along the nearby Caledonian Canal, where the scenic beauty was perfect for our family and our two dogs. Plus, the kids enjoyed a memorable boat trip that led us to the famous Loch Ness. Definitely a highlight!
My wife says that having more kid-friendly dining options would be great.
